Is Internet Connection needed on the monitored phone for AndroidMonitor to work?
Yes, in general.
AndroidMonitor will upload the cell phone data to your Private Area and the tracked cellphone must be connected to the Internet only when this is happening. At all other times no Internet connection is needed.
